What happens if I miss a class?

All hours are tracked and reported to the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.  In order to credit you with the hours the following make options may be implemented at the instructor's discretion based on the requirements to fulfill the DSPS requirement.

How many classes can I miss?

The answer to this question is simple:  None.

All classes will have to be made up in order to meet state requirements for licensure.

How do refunds work?

To reserve your spot in one of our courses the fee is due in total one week before the first day of the course.

If you paid in full to reserve your spot weeks or months in advance you may receive a 100% refund 1 (one) month before the first day of the course.  You may receive a 50% refund up to 2 (two) weeks before the first day of the course.  Anything less that 14 (fourteen) days may receive course credit.  Once the course has begun no credits will apply.

What form of payments do you take?

Checks:  You may pay by check up to 3 weeks in advance.  Please make checks payable to: ASAP

Credit Card:  You may charge in advance at any time.  We do not accept credit card charges from other individuals such as family or friends over the phone.  If they present to our facility, we are happy to take payment on your behalf.

United States Postal Service Money Order:  We accept USPS Money Orders.  ASAP Education is not responsible for the fees incurred by this transaction.

Cash:  The total will be due in advance of the course to reserve your seat.

Debit Card:  The total will be due in advance of the course to reserve your seat.

Apple Pay:  The total will be due in advance of the course to reserve your seat.

Partial Payment or Payment Plans:  Sorry, ASAP Education is unable to take either of these.

How do I register for a course?

Several ways:

1)  The easiest way is to complete the contact information sheet on this website and begin email correspondence with one or our instructors.

2)  Call the contact phone line and leave a message if we are busy caring for patients during the day.

3)  Mail us letter with your contact information.

4)  Unfortunately, showing up during treatment hours of our practice is not prohibited and a HIPAA violation.  Sadly, as much as we would want to talk to you, you will be asked to leave and use one of the modalities above.  You will learn more about HIPAA and 42CFR during your class work in the afternoons.

Can I participate in the virtual classroom without a camera?

No.

The instructor must have video confirmation of your participation to receive credit for the hours of your class towards the course in order to report this to DSPS.  You may also be asked to show photo ID during class or answer other personal questions to confirm your identity should there be any question.
